Shipping
​
I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders, unless otherwise specified on the listing page, ship within 5 business days of your order. While most of my pieces are made to order, I often ship orders within 24 hours of purchasing!

Shipping Estimates
​
Once your order has been shipped, it is estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method you purchase at checkout. Estimated shipping times do not include processing in production time. Please see item details for estimated ship by dates. Holiday shipments are often delayed, so priority shipping is always recommended for orders with rigid time frames.

Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email Peppermint Pace with your order number and the correct shipping address at peppermintpace@gmail.com. You must contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If your order has already shipped before you contact me, I am unable to change your shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a replacement order is not guaranteed.
Customization

If you purchase personalization, please ensure that you entered personalization details correctly. Peppermint Pace is not responsible for incorrect personalization details.

Damaged Items
​
If you received the wrong items or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me at hello@peppermintpace.com and I'll work on setting up a replacement for you! You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items. Please include a photo of the items you received and any damages to your order with your email. Peppermint Pace is not responsible to cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

Once an order is placed, it is only able to be canceled within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing Peppermint Pace at hello@peppermintpace.com. I do my best to package and ship orders as quickly as possible, so if your order has already been shipped within that time period, I cannot cancel your order.
Lost in Transit
​
Once Peppermint Pace delivers your package to the shipping carrier, I have no control over it. If your package appears to be delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. If your package has been in transit without any updated shipping information for more than two weeks, please reach out to me and we can open a case on the package with the post office. If the package has been lost in transit, I will be happy to replace the order if I have the inventory.

Returns
​
Unless an item is damaged or incorrect, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
