Shipping
​
All orders are prepared and shipped from my art studio in Tennessee. I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible and my default shipping provider is USPS. If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please reach out to me (hello@peppermintpace.com) before placing your order so I can give you a shipping quote for your preferred provider. While most of my pieces are made to order, I often ship orders within 24 hours of purchasing!

Shipping Estimates
​
Shipping estimates are kept up to date based on current processing times at checkout, but holiday shipments are often delayed by shipping carriers. Please select priority shipping for orders with rigid time frames.

Shipping Address
​
Please ensure you provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email Peppermint Pace with your order number and the correct shipping address at hello@peppermintpace.com. If your order has already shipped before you contact me, I am unable to change your shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a replacement order is not guaranteed.
Customization

If you purchase personalization, please ensure that you entered personalization details correctly. I will always reach out about a spelling or grammatical error that I notice before writing out personalizations, but I am not responsible for incorrect personalization details.

Damaged Items
​
If you received the wrong items or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me at hello@peppermintpace.com and I'll set up a replacement for you as soon as possible! You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items. If you haven't opened the package yet, please take photos of the unopened package as this really helps with insurance claims and also include photos of the item(s) with damages in your email. Peppermint Pace is not responsible to cover replacements for items damaged / stolen after a package has been delivered.

Once an order is placed, it is only able to be canceled / changed within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing Peppermint Pace at hello@peppermintpace.com. If your order has already been shipped within that time period, I cannot cancel or make changes to your order.
Lost in Transit
​
Once your order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, I sadly have no control over it. If your package has been in transit without any updated shipping information for two weeks, please reach out to me so I can open a case on the package with the shipping carrier. If the package has been lost in transit, I will be happy to replace the order if I have the inventory / refund you.

Returns
​
​Unless an item is damaged or incorrect, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing!
